annette chiappe (kee-ah-pe)

After studying art and philosophy in college, she gravitated to courses in design and landed an apprenticeship that jumpstarted her career.

In 1998 she opened her studio on the Roaring Fork River, a space in which she continually strives for a fresh composition of balance, harmony and style. “I’ve always had a passion for doing hair—it’s about enhancing what a person has inside, and bringing that out as a reflection into their hair, Annette explains. This passion is evident through her clients’ continued loyalty and patronage.

“At Avalon, we are constantly updating our skills to ensure that we are always on the forefront of design. My team, whose collective experience spans decades, creates, enhances and brings forward the best expression of our clientele.”
